At Wonder on Woodlands – Early Learning Centre, we have developed rooms with the specific needs of each age group in mind. We provide a safe and friendly environment for your child to explore and learn through simple, effective programs that support their daily growth.

Nursery (6 Weeks – 2 Years)

Our nursery offers a home-like daycare sanctuary for up to 8 children. Following each child's individual routine, we provide separate rest areas and multi-sensory indoor spaces connected to a private garden for gentle early learning and discovery.

Toddlers (2 Years – 3 Years)

In this vibrant childcare space, toddlers lead their own discovery through art, puzzles, and dramatic play. Supported by qualified educators, children enjoy dedicated indoor zones and a separate outdoor area with a sandpit to build confidence and imagination.

Junior Preschool (3 Years – 4 Years)

Designed for expanding minds, this early learning area features dedicated writing centers to foster early literacy. Children balance structured activities with natural playtime in our specialized preschool garden and sandpit, built for social growth and collaboration.

Kindy / Senior Preschool (4 Years – 5 Years)

Led by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, our Kindy program focuses on school readiness through literacy and numeracy. We prepare children for the transition to primary school by encouraging their unique ideas within spacious, engaging indoor and outdoor stations.

School Age Care (Primary School Age)

The Emu Room provides fun and engaging before, after, and vacation care following the "My Time, Our Place" framework. We support active students with social skill development and provide a nutritious afternoon tea every day in a safe environment.

How do I enrol my child at your Centre?

Head to our enrolment page for all the information you need. If you submit your enrolment paperwork online, we recommend calling or visiting us to clarify our current waiting list timeframe.

What will my child need for day care?

At what age can my child start day care?

Our centre provides secure care for children from 6 weeks to school age. We have long day care, vacation care, and before and after-school care available.

Once my child is enrolled, will they automatically have a place the following year?

Towards the end of the year, families will receive an invitation to secure their child’s place for the following year, if required.

What is play-based education?

Children will learn through play and active interaction with peers and educators. Play-based education is a way to engage children and get them involved in educational activities. Using the Early Years Learning Framework outlined by the Australian Government, we incorporate fun and creative learning into the daily lives of local children.
